The UCP Incubator's are in development stage and will be located in major tier II and III cities in South India.  The first UCP incubator is under construction and with site selection and construction underway.  Site selection and construction will enhance strategic location.  The incubator is a shared space work environment dedicated to serving our portfolio companies and new prospective company technology entrepreneurs in India.  With a plan to build approximately 8,000 to 12,000 square feet of space, the UCP Incubator's will offer a number of physical amenities, including office space, conference room, strategy rooms, dedicated data server room and high speed Internet access.

The UCP incubator's will provide support to our portfolio companies and will harness the intellect of shared executives working in such an environment.  The initial incubator will be located in Trivandrum, Kerala South India with more plans to expand in other Indian markets and major cities.  The UCP Incubator offers an ideal environment to create and strengthen any business. It serves as a location and opportunity to network with peers, learn from others facing similar challenges, and establish a business in a plug-and-work environment.
