Unitron Capital Partners (UCP) mission is to promote the creation and acceleration of early-stage businesses by providing capital, mentoring and a supportive community for entrepreneurs. UCP brings an innovative and proven model of seed investing which combines the collective intellect and experience of the limited and managing partners and investors with an effective due diligence process led by the managing partners. Our strategy involves investing both time and capital throughout the life of the investment or project.

The target investments for UCP are early-stage companies that are seeking both capital and support in building the business to liquidity.  We mainly support our portfolio companies with early stage capital, typically investing our own capital in first round financings and reserving additional capital to continue to support the company thereafter. We help to position our portfolio companies for success by refining strategy, preparing for going public, support for a buy out or just a simple exit strategy.
